Such dedication of the API staff is widely recognized by the customers that the consortium has served continuously since its establishment and, in the previous decades, has also distinguished the work of the consortium members, each in its own sector of specialization.

OIL&GAS

The Oil&Gas sector represents, for API, one of the most important sectors of its core business.
The consortium has gained experience in this sector since its establishment, thus boasting a decade of experience, which, if combined with the experience gained by the individual consortium companies over their life, on average over thirty years, certainly represents one of the sectors of greater specialization for both on-shore and off-shore plants..
In particular, it deals with:.
– upstream plants (both diesel and gas).
API is able to provide its customers with projects that include the plants from the wellheads to the treatment and refining part with connection to the pipe lines..
– gas compression and liquefaction plants.
API develops gas extraction and compression projects, both off-shore and on-shore.

Power Plant - Nuclear

By virtue of the collaboration with their customers, the associated companies have gained, over the last 15 years, each in their own discipline, great experience on nuclear plants both in the initial phase of basic engineering and in the subsequent phases of detailed engineering. The API consortium companies have set up a foreign branch in order to be able to deal with more complex projects located in Europe, so as to send teams composed of their engineers even for long periods. This has allowed API to assist its customer in the development and control of detailed engineering directly in the plant. At the same time, experience has been gained on various systems concerning waste storage plants.

Power Plant – Thermal Cycles

The API consortium, since its establishment, and its associated companies with over thirty years of experience, have gained an expertise in the specific power plant sector, with particular reference to large-scale power plants.
Starting from the use of fossil fuels such as petroleum derivatives, coal, diesel and gas, API has also used its resources and know-how in the electricity production sector. In particular, for gas plants, API has developed both simple cycle and combined cycle projects.

Renewable - Bess

API and its member have developed considerable experience in renewable energy production plants, such as:
hydroelectric plants;
wind and photovoltaic plants;
BESS plants
Among the projects concerning BESS plants, API is proud to have developed a FEED project for a total nominal power of 1 GW, including the connection to the national electricity grid.
